At Canning, we recognize there are many different 'schools of leadership'.  We would be very happy to support your company's leadership programme with top class trainers/facilitators.  However, for those companies who do not have existing in-house programmes, we offer the following:

The Canning approach to Leadership - Communicate Adapt Network Navigate (CANN)

Leadership is a complex topic.  Canning's Leadership Skills programmes synthesise the best of the current theories on leadership in a concise and understandable way to allow participants the maximum amount of time to develop the key skills through discussion, simulations and video feedback.  The focus of the course is very much on performance.

The programmes help participants to define their own leadership context and elicit the key skills needed to perform as outstanding leaders in that context.  Through a series of scenarios, participants will learn how to Communicate effectively as leaders, how to Adapt their leadership style according to the situation, how to Network and develop relationships and how to Navigate their way to success.

The Canning approach to Leadership Skills training is dynamic, practical and relevant.  It is also a flexible programme.  You can choose which elements you want to focus on and how long the course should be (minimum three days).  Here is an example of what a basic course might look like: generic course programme
